This site is the “catch all bucket” for a myriad of content I had all over the web.

• “Portfolio:” Refers to a selected grouping of drawings and photography.  You can view more casual photos, writings, and sketches using the “Category” navigation system on the right navigational bar or under the “Blogs” part of the primary menu at the top of the screen.
• “Blogs”: Refers to livejournal and tumblr reflective posts.

There are some sub-categories for posts that have more of a bent towards certain topics, so again LOOK AT CATEGORIES. oooo.

The remainder of the links are for

• “miniature world”: my obsession with tiny gashopan, figures, and toys.
• “Tales of the Big Bad Wolf:” An online novel I’ve been writing since 2010.  It’s my sick epic fantasy version of multiple fairy tales and will likely have a two or three-arc main story, followed along with short stories and possibly two or three self-contained books.
• “Choshu Compendium”: An archive of content I assembled on historic Choshu Meiji/Bakumatsu era historical figures as seen primarily in Rurouni Kenshin.
• Meiji Restored:  LJ community and other reference materials developed for role players who want to play that era.
• “Shrine of Ice and Fire”: Oh boy, Megumi and Aoshi fan pairing archive, for which I ran the site for the rabid fan-crew for several years.

As for red-bird.org, it is really a parking site for a number of fandom related websites that trace their origins to an anime called Rurouni Kenshin. It was named for the Chinese Phoenix. (See the explanation of how it differs from the Middle Eastern concept)

And who the HECK IS THE MAINTAINER OF THIS SITE?

• Spewer of content since about 1995-1996, when I published my first webpage for primarily Disney fanart stuff as I was pretty obsessed with the Disney afternoon schedule (Aladdin and Gargoyles predominantly) and Disney Feature Animation.  I think my college server was never archived, so you can only find half of this stuff by deep diving on really old Usenet groups
• Obsessed fan of 2D animation, primarily Rurouni Kenshin, Bleach, and a bunch of Shonen titles. That said, I love a lot of random stuff too. You can pick apart my deviantart gallery to get a sense of really how nuts my fascination was.
• Writer of both fan stuff and original stuff under multiple personas — mostly fantasy, historical romance, occasionally some suspense stuff, but always dump my stuff full of wacked out characters including old people, young kids, bad pets, and angsty/repressed individuals.
• Ridiculous blogger: I think I ran 3 o 4 blogger.com/blogspots domains some years ago and haven’t really figured out if it’s worth bringing in all those old posts. So you can just see some of my public LJ ones archived on this site.
• Um. I don’t know what else. I like cute things?
